Pets Feed Pellets Dryer is a continuous drying equipment for drying material slowly and evenly. Good drying effect and keeping the nutrition of raw materials make it very popular in the fish feed production plant. This type drying machine is mainly used for drying feed pellets and grains.

Suitable for the material which doesn’t allow high temperature in the process of drying, such as: feed pellets, vegetables, etc. Widely used in fish feed pellets plant, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, etc.
The materials are put on the conveying belt, move with the conveying belt and be dried by the hot air when the conveying belt passes through the tunnel. Our multilayer drying machine is divided into several independent units, each unit has circulating fan, heating system, fresh air inlet and exhaust outlet. The temperature, moisture and circulation of materials can be independently control so as to achieve the optimized drying effect.
Materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. This process will bring the material water away. The mesh-belt moves slowly, running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after drying will fall into the material collector continuously. The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users’ demand. The unit number can be selected according to the demand.
DW series multi-layer belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. It is suitable for large-scale production of difficult-to-dry materials with low drying rate. The equipment has compact structure, small floor area, simple operation, convenient maintenance and stable operation.
