Focus on heavy equipment
The coffee fruit production line is a complete processing system from coffee fruit picking to finished green beans (green coffee beans), covering key processes such as cleaning, peeling, drying, and shelling. Its core goal is to efficiently process fresh coffee fruits while retaining the original flavor and quality of coffee beans to the greatest extent.
This process uses mechanical degumming instead of fermentation degumming, and uses machinery to complete the degumming and degumming of fresh coffee fruits at one time and enter the drying process, thereby saving fermentation time, labor for cleaning after fermentation, and saving water for degumming and washing. It can also avoid the decline in product quality caused by improper fermentation control and the discoloration of machine-damaged beans during processing, thereby greatly reducing the defective rate and improving the economic value.
1.Decontamination and screening: Rotating drums screen coffee cherries, and branches and leaves are discharged from the tail.
2.Siphon flotation: Use buoyancy to separate sinking cherries (high-quality cherries) from floating cherries (shrunken/disease-prone cherries), and enter different processing lines respectively.
3.Peeling: Friction peeling machine removes peel and pulp, and adjusts the gap to avoid damaging beans.
4.Degumming: Circulating water flushes pectin to accelerate subsequent drying.
5.Floating cherries sorting: Dry blind cherries separator removes black cherries (for fertilizer), and blind cherries are peeled and mixed with high-quality cherries for drying.
6.Initial drying: Hot air quickly dehydrates and discharges internal moisture.
7.Re-drying: Hot air penetrates evenly at the bottom to ensure thorough drying.
