4. Flatness and surface smoothness: The flatness and surface smoothness of the mesh belt are crucial to the material transportation and drying effect. The flat mesh belt can ensure the uniform transmission of materials, while the smooth surface can reduce the resistance and friction between the material and the mesh belt.
5. Cleanliness and ease of cleaning: Since materials may produce dust, residues, etc. during the drying process, the mesh belt needs to be easy to clean for regular cleaning and maintenance. In addition, some materials may be sticky, so the surface of the mesh belt should have anti-stick properties to prevent materials from sticking to the mesh belt.
