1. Wash the freshly picked black fungus with clean water and put the black fungus into a plate.
2. Preheat the fungus dryer to about 50℃-55℃ and adjust the temperature to cool down. Arrange the plated black fungus evenly on the shelf of the dryer;
3. Set the black fungus drying temperature to 35-40°C. After the black fungus is dried and heated, a large amount of moisture on the surface will evaporate. At this time, turn on the exhaust function of the fungus dryer; then gradually reduce the temperature to 26°C. About 4 hours;
4. Starting from 26℃, the intelligent PLC editing control data of the fungus dryer will increase the temperature by about 3 to 4℃ per hour, and adjust the exhaust function to maintain the relative humidity of the air at about 10% for 5 to 8 hours; the temperature will slowly rise to 50 Maintain a constant temperature at ℃ to make the upper and lower black fungus dry to the same degree;
5. After maintaining the constant temperature for 5 to 8 hours, raise the temperature to 55℃-60℃ and then dry the whole body; when the black fungus is 80% dry, take out the drying screen and let it dry for 2 hours and then continue drying. The drying will end when all the black fungus is dry.
Ginger drying equipment drying process steps
1. Ingredients selection: When our ginger matures, we can pick it, and then clean our ginger.
2. Peeling: Wait until we wash it before peeling it. This depends on the difference in the way our ginger is made. Some require peeling, while others need to preserve our ginger skin.
3. Slice; then slice our ginger again. The approximate thickness is about 4 to 5 mm, and the cutting thickness needs to be even. Then we can put it in our dryer equipment to dry our ginger slices.
4. Drying: When we dry ginger, we need to dry it in stages. There are steps such as preheating drying, rising temperature drying, and constant temperature drying. When we dry, we need to preserve the moisture. Keep the moisture content at 12~13.
