The entire processing technology includes raw grain cleaning, peeling, polishing, germ extraction, granulation, grading, finished product packaging and other processes, with supporting ventilation dust removal, electrical control and other auxiliary systems, integrating the strengths of the latest domestic processing technology, and the technology is advanced and perfect.
1. Raw grain → elevator → magnetic separation → stone removal cleaning screen (the cleaning adopts a combined grain cleaning machine, with screening on the left and stone removal on the right. The raw grain first enters the cleaning screen through the elevator. The cleaning screen has two layers of screens, the upper layer is 12mm*12mm, which screens out impurities larger than corn, and the lower layer is 3mm*3mm, which screens out impurities smaller than corn. After screening, the corn enters the stone removal machine to remove the shoulder stones in the corn).
2. First peeling machine (the corn after cleaning enters the first peeling, and the peeling rate is generally controlled at about 50%. The peeling rate can be controlled by moving the pressure weight).
3. Second peeling machine (after the first peeling, it enters the second peeling machine, and the peeling rate is controlled at 80-95%).
4. Peeling and polishing machine (after the first and second peeling, it enters the peeling and polishing machine, and the peeling rate is required to reach more than 95%).
5. After three peeling and polishing, the finished product enters the grading screen, and the 3-5% of the material that has not been thoroughly processed with the skin and radicle is returned to the machine and entered into the polishing machine for further processing, and the remaining material enters the germ extractor to further remove the broken germ, skin and radicle.
6. After the germ extraction, the big corn enters the granulator, and the particle size is adjustable.
7. Powder brushing machine, the material after granulation enters the powder brushing machine, and about 10% of defatted powder is brushed out.
8. Friction polishing machine, the material that has been powdered is then subjected to friction polishing, and the surface sand is brushed out to ensure that the finished corn is bright and neat.
9. High-efficiency flat screen, the material enters the flat screen, and the return material, large, medium and small grits are graded.
10. Suction separator, the corn grits and return material after classification are then processed to ensure that the finished product does not contain skin or black spots.
11. Finished product packaging: The packaging is in the form of 5-25kg.
12. Feed processing: The ash content of the first peeled feed is high, so it is directly discharged as feed. The second and third peeled feeds are further powdered by the grinder and then enter the powder sifter to sift out about 15% of fat powder, which is then mixed with the first peeled feed to produce about 30% feed powder.
