1. Prepare the lettuce: Before using the machine, make sure to wash and cut the lettuce into smaller pieces for even drying.
2. Load the machine: Place the prepared lettuce onto the conveyor belt of the dryer machine, making sure not to overcrowd it to allow proper air circulation.
3. Set the temperature and time: Adjust the temperature and drying time according to the type of lettuce being dried. Most machines have adjustable settings for optimal results.
4. Remove and store: Once the lettuce is fully dried, carefully remove it from the machine and store it in an airtight container for future use.
